CoP (Community of Practice) Consensus
CheckMi:Collective enables knowledge understanding to evolve using community of practice
consensus on information meaning. Simply put, as the body of knowledge within the community grows, so too
does CheckMi:Collective semantic analysis, categorization, and
classification of resources & assets. By providing an individual
contextual & collective understanding of the shared wisdom, the
community can operate more efficiently and save time in finding
the right pieces of information.
In a sense, CheckMi:Collective is a type of a competency-based learning
network system.
With a network of information to draw upon, members of the
community of practice can act more productively in pursuing new
learning; they are freed to take practical measures—such as
inviting guest speakers or outside experts—to enhance their
growing body of knowledge about their subject area.
